Product Description

| 1,Non-painted products |
| (1) It can be divided into hammer-pattern aluminium plate (irregular pattern), embossing plate (regular pattern) and pre-passivation, anodic alumina surface treatment plate. |
| (2) Such products do not need to be painted on the surface of sheet metal, and they do not require high surface appearance and low price. |
| 2, Painting products |
| (1) Classification: |
| According to the coating process can be divided into: spray plate products and pre-roll coating plate; |
| According to the type of paint, it can be divided into: polyester, polyurethane, polyamide, modified silicon, epoxy resin, fluorocarbon and so on. |
| (2) Among various coatings, the main performance difference is the resistance to sunlight ultraviolet rays. The most commonly used coating on the front is fluorocarbon paint (PVDF), which has strong resistance to ultraviolet rays. Polyester or epoxy resin coatings can be selected as protective coatings on the back. In addition, a tearable protective film can be attached to the front. |
| Fluorocarbon spraying Coil |
| (1) Fluorocarbon spraying coil is divided into two-coating system, three-coating system and four-coating system, and multi-layer coating system is generally suitable. |
| Two coating systems: 5-10 micron fluorocarbon primer and 20-30 micron fluorocarbon topcoat. The total film thickness should not be less than 35 micron. It can only be used in general environment. |
| The three-coat system consists of 5-10 micron fluorocarbon primer, 20-30 micron fluorocarbon paint and 10-20 micron fluorocarbon varnish. The total thickness of the film should not be less than 45 micron. It is suitable for severe air pollution, industrial zones and coastal areas with harsh environment. |
| Four coatings system: Four coatings system has two kinds. One is to add a 20-micron fluorocarbon intermediate paint between the primer and the top coat when using large particle aluminium powder pigments; the other is to add a compact coating of polyamide and polyurethane blends between the primer and the top coat to improve its corrosion resistance and increase the service life of the fluorocarbon aluminium plate. Because the general fluorocarbon paint is a sponge structure, there are stomata, can not prevent the positive and negative ions in the air free penetration to the metal plate base. Therefore, this coating system is more suitable for severe air pollution, industrial zones and coastal areas. |
| (2) Curing of fluorocarbon baking paint: it should be a few coatings on a few bakes, so that each layer of baking paint is completely cured, forming a good bonding, corrosion resistance, fading resistance, to avoid more coatings and less baking. |
| (3) When choosing fluorocarbon baking varnish aluminium sheet, attention should be paid to the brand and main technical indicators of fluorocarbon paint, and the content of fluororesin should be more than 70%. |
